Don’t know what I’m having for dinner tonight. I’ll find out I suppose.

I’ve taken to getting pork lo mein whenever we order Chinese. Quite tasty, really.
But as for tonight, I just made myself some French bread pizzas. Three-meat. Quite good. :)

I should have said Baby back ribs.
There was potatos and butter and onions in the aluminum foil, and we also had spinach.MMMMM
Lo mein sounds good too, I like Chinese food also.
Pizza bread sounds good also, I am glad I ate or I would be hungry now. :cheese:

Japanese Hibachi Lobster.
My date had Hibachi Chicken and Steak.
They were both excellent and the “show” was a blast. I’ve never done the Hibachi thing before. I usually just go for the raw fish, but the date apparently doesn’t do the sushi/shashimi thing.

Last night I started with bruschete with garlic, fresh cherry tomatos and basil followed with tagliatelle with prawns, in an apsargus, cream and parmesan sauce followed with a salmon steak lightly fried/poached with basil. That and a chilled bottle of Corvo white wine and finished of with tiramasu and some chilled limoncello.
My girlfriend likes it when I cook Italian.
Tonight Sushi! :-P

I grilled chicken this past night. If anyone else knows what a ‘Central Market’ is, the seasoning I used for the chicken was this sauce I acquired from there. It’s made in the Houston area, and it gives this taste of pepper hotness and then sweetness at the same time. It’s excellent.
