When I order pizza from dominoes I get the 3 mediums for 5 bucks each thing. I got em sometime during the weekend, woke up this morning and found one of the boxes with all the leftover slices lying around, so that was my breakfast. Im working at KFC this summer so chances are good tonight when I close I will grab some chicken strips and potato wedges.
Friday when I get paid, I will get some ribeye or angus and cook that up somehow. Whenever I get the chance I always marinade my steak in beer and oyster sauce. Damn that stuff is crazy good.
A good old british curry with naam bread and popadoms, it is said that to enjoy life all you need is good food, good company and good women, 2 out of three isnt so bad.
I’m going to have boneless pork, green beans and a pasta mix that amounts to glorified mac and cheese (but is good nonetheless ;)) I wanted stuffing, but I don’t wanna go back out....
Rapid, on your original post I see you put til foil over your grill. Is that to prevent your sauce from burning while cooking? Are charcoal briquets still popular in the US? We have moved primarily to gas grilling but I still miss the taste of charcoal. Even with charcoal, I used to put all the coals to one half of the bbq, then put my ribs on the side with out coals (indirect heat). Coat the ribs in a dry rub and slow cook with the lid on for a few hours, then add your favorite sauce to the ribs and finish cooking.
Tonight for me is Indian: butter chicken, daal, rice, naan, panak paneer and pakoras… mmm mmm

I am actually not sure. :red:
It was my wifes idea.
Yes, those were charcoal briquets. What tastes even better is when you use mesquite coals. I have had chicken cooked on it and it tastes seasoned even when you don’t use any. MMMMMMM
