Well.....Bush DID lie!!!!!! That’s why his approval rating is now at an all time low.
He cherry picked the so called intelligence, to suit HIS intentions. The Neo-Cons saw a perfect opportunity to do it because of 9/11. Wolfowitz, Pearle, and all of the right wing gangsters pleaded with Clinton to invade, way back when, but Clinton said no. Saddam was already boxed in and was no threat to the US. Bush bragged about using political capital with regards to Iraq, years before and even pointed out that his father Bush Snr, wasted an opportunity after the first gulf war.
Remember....Cheney had already drawn up plans to distribute the oil reserves to his buddies in the oil industry, i.e Exxon, BP, etc etc
I couldn’t care less what Clinton or Berger said......who did the invading??? I’m EQUALLY sick and tired of you right wing chuckleheads blaming Clinton for your GANGS’ CRIMINAL ACTIVITIES.
And I’m surprised that you lot are still peddling this theory that Saddam had something to do with 9/11...oh pleeeeze!!! Get real. Even Bush and Cheney agreed that there was no connection between Saddam and 9/11. Where’s the solid evidence.
Saddam and Bin Laden HATED each other and in fact Bin Laden offered to get rid of Saddam years ago during the first gulf war, but was turned down. Bin Laden hated Saddam, because Saddam was secular.

Bush had no interest in diplomacy because he’s a WARMONGER.......there are at least 2 countries who are a bigger threat to the US than Iraq ever was. And if , if, if and it’s a gigantic IF, Iraq HAD WMD, which they didn’t, then how in the hell would they have delivered them on US soil, given that they had NO airforce?? Balloons maybe?? How about their submarine fleet??. you tell me.
But you’re in this hell-hole and you’re stuck for years, and all it will do is bankrupt this country.
And if it had been Clinton who invaded Iraq I very much doubt you would be backing him, and the Regressive party would be up in arms, ready to impeach.............a war is only justified if the Cons start it.
Bush/Cheney are the worst presedential duo this country have ever had....at least Nixon had the balls to resign, but this bunch of criminals will go on illegally wiretapping, torturing, violating human rights, even to their allies, false arrests, imprisonments with no trials...................it goes on and on and you should be ashamed that these two are at the helm of this great country.
