The ads

Consider this a focus group question: What products would you like to see advertised in the ads on this site?  Not the Blogads, the lowest-price product search ads.

No point in specifying stuff you don’t like, right?

That Need for Speed Most Wanted is a tight add. I would like to see games, technology, and perhaps links to good movies. Looks like you’re on top of that already.

Larry Elder’s “Michael and Me” is deffinantly something that needs more advertising.  I’m glad one of you guys reviewed that movie.  It was different a great flick about the second amendment.

DVDs and also books (especially if they are on sale) that tell “the other side” of the lies of Michael Moore and other insane leftists, and anything with pictures of hot and sexy women!

Books Jim, books.

Up here, a guy is practically spit on if he goes into the local Chapter’s and asks for anything other than the prescribed dogma. We are on our own for sourcing out alternative opinions.

Yeah, books for sure and perhaps movies, anything related to entertainment.

I’m sick of cars and iPods, they’re all over the Internet poping-up in every corner…

and anything with pictures of hot and sexy women!

I knew we we’re bound to agree on something someday.

Crunchy cod head surprise… hmmm… you bite through the crispy chocolate layer and are greeted by the wonderfully aromatic and flavoursome crunch of a steamed cod head. Aaaah, life doesn’t get any better than this!!!

Books are a good idea, I wouldn’t limmit yourself to specifically rightwing stuff though, there are a lot of lefties on here, some of us are even sensible.

I’m not too sure how the ads work. If there is an Amazon add, and I click on it to go to their site, but once on their site navigate to another of their products (other than the one in the ad) and buy that, does Moorewatch get cash?

I buy a fair bit off Amazon anyway, so if I’m going to buy it I might as well navigate there via Moorewatch.

Oh Please don’t do that.  If some of the Feminazis see me reading the site , they’ll file a complaint and I won’t be able to play anymore.

Tripper,

I buy a fair bit off Amazon anyway

I hope this isn’t illegal, but if you buy a bunch of books off of Amazon, would you be willing to support a non profit organization in Colorado that works for the adoption of special needs children?  If so, go to Amazon through their website (http://www.adoptex.org/).  5% of every purchase goes to support their program.  My wife works there and I volunteer there.  They do good work for special needs kids.  I apologize if such blatant advertising is wrong, but I really believe in what they do.

Considering it is a bunch of computer nerds and politicos you should have some overstock adds for jewelry so we don’t screw up holidays.... maybe flowers too… especially around holidays…

Otherwise, games are good (computer but also non computer)… But if you want to move some merch remember your demo user… people who are on here instead of thinking about their everyday lives. :) So help them remember to buy stuff they SHOULD be thinking about but probably are not… Lawn and garden… pet stuff… insurance… Restaurant or grocery coupons…
