I’m a British member of the site who joined because I’m interested in politics and trying to make more sense of this crazy mixed up world we live in. I’ve been to the USA quite a few times and it fascinates, amazes and frightens me in equal measures!
My political views are somewhat mixed up: socially, I’m actually pretty liberal - I’m pro abortion, anti death penalty, pro (a certain amount of) gun control...On the other hand, though, I fully support the Bush administration’s tough stance on global terror, and I’m glad that our Prime Minister feels the same way.
