Granted, it is a lame e-mail.

However, one thing I’ve learned from my blog is that it is rarely the anonymous comments or the ones signed with a pseudonym that are the most insightful.  The hit-and-run trolls with nothing constructive to add to an argument never leave a name.

What is wrong with signing a letter with a real name?  It didn’t serve this guy very well, but I think there is something to be said for somebody who isn’t afraid to attach his name to his words.

HAve you read every post from, JimK, Lee, PAratrooper, yngcelt and DonnaK before you let your judgement fall?  Did you spend the hours and days necessary to read all of the info since, say, 2004?

Why don’t you enlighten us as to why you find it necessary to distance yourself from Moore, as if it will give you some credibility with the people here? Then you you proceed to lionize Moore’s work to create debate (With deception)?

As I mentioned before, your posts have not said anything that hasn’t been mentioned over the years by other critics of this blog.  MAybe, if you had read through the archives, you would have discovered that you are not adding anything to the debate.

Ok, attention everyone who feels compelled to demand that JimK give back the $12k that he “owes”:

Michael Moore has never, ever indicated that this was a loan. Michael Moore has never, ever indicated that he thought it was hypocritical of JimK to “keep” the money. It was a donation, given freely, and this is key: anonymously, with absolutely no apparent strings attached.

As it turns out, there was a string attached: the anonymous donation was suddenly made very un-anonymous when Michael Moore put that bit in his movie, SiCKO. Even so, that still does not compel JimK to do anything. Not morally, not ethically.

If you must, consider it JimK’s fee for his website appearing in the movie. I’m sure Moore will make far more than $12k off the movie, so don’t worry, good ol’ Mikey isn’t about to go broke over this.

So, in conclusion: Back. The f**k. Off.
